ATLAND refinancing and early repayment

On June 27, 2025, ATLAND announced the refinancing of its corporate debt. The company secured €40 million in bank financing, as well as an additional €20 million credit line. This supports its external growth strategy. At the same time, ATLAND early repaid its €32.5 million Euro PP bond issue, initially scheduled for April 2026.

This repayment, combined with a 5-year bank refinancing, extends the average duration of its debt and strengthens the group's financial structure. ATLAND has achieved its objective of reducing its corporate debt by more than 50% before the end of 2026, thanks to collaboration with various banking partners such as Caisse d'Épargne and La Banque Postale.
