Foncière Vindi postpones its general meeting
The real estate company Foncière Vindi, listed on Euronext Access Paris, has announced the postponement of its general meeting initially scheduled for June 30, 2025. This decision follows the need for the statutory auditor to complete the certification of the accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2024.
As a result, the company's financial statements will not be available on its website until that date. However, Foncière Vindi is committed to publishing its annual accounts before November 30, 2025.
