Foncière Volta's 2025 Half-Year Results

Foncière Volta, a company listed on Euronext Paris, has published its 2025 half-year results. The company sold a Parisian asset for €10.6 million, contributing to an increase in its portfolio value. The total value of its investment properties reached €124.2 million as of June 30, 2025, slightly down from €128.9 million at the end of 2024. However, on a like-for-like basis, the value increased by €5.9 million.

The half-year net profit, largely due to this sale, jumped to €3.5 million, compared to €1.4 million the previous year. Debt also decreased, with the LTV ratio falling from 45.21% to 43.84%.

Foncière Volta continues its optimization efforts, strengthening the quality and profitability of its assets, notably with the acquisition of a new asset in Ile-de-France for €6.9 million.
