Crossing of capital thresholds at FORSEE POWER
On June 26, 2025, Mitsui & Co., Ltd. announced that it had crossed below the thresholds of 25% of the share capital and 20% of the share capital and voting rights of FORSEE POWER, a company listed on Euronext Paris. The crossing of these thresholds was caused by a recent capital increase at FORSEE POWER, effective since June 24, 2025.
Mitsui & Co., Ltd. now holds 19,064,883 shares in FORSEE POWER, representing 16.25% of the company's share capital and 15.05% of its voting rights. This reduction in stake follows a change in the total number of shares and voting rights, following recent adjustments related to double voting rights and a capital increase.
