Forsee Power and Varroc join forces to accelerate electric mobility in India

Forsee Power, a specialist in intelligent battery systems, is partnering with Varroc Engineering Limited to form a joint venture in India. This strategic collaboration aims to develop advanced battery solutions for electric vehicles, capitalizing on the evolving mobility landscape in India.

Varroc will acquire a 45% stake in Forsee Power's Indian subsidiary, thereby managing the new entity. The initiative primarily targets battery packs for three-wheeled vehicles, with the intention of expanding into segments such as two-wheelers and light commercial vehicles.

Arjun Jain, CEO of Varroc, emphasizes the importance of this partnership in meeting the growing needs of the Indian market. Christophe Gurtner, CEO of Forsee Power, stresses the growth opportunity this collaboration presents. Together, the companies will seek to provide adaptable solutions for various types of vehicles.
