Forsee Power Ends Discussions with FCAP, Seeks New Financial Opportunities
Forsee Power has announced the termination of its discussions with FCAP Investors Pte. Ltd. The conditions needed to finalize the proposed investment were not achieved. Originally, the investment aimed to strengthen the company's equity through a capital increase.
Despite this setback, Forsee Power continues efforts to enhance its financial structure. It is engaging with multiple industrial and financial investors and exploring various strategic options. The company's main shareholders, including Bpifrance Investissement and Eurazeo, remain supportive.
Additionally, Forsee Power is implementing a strategic partnership and asset disposal program, expected to generate over €20 million. These strategies are part of their RePower27 plan, aimed at restoring profitability and enabling growth from 2027.
