Forsee Power: Threshold Crossing by Bpifrance

On June 19, 2025, Bpifrance announced that it had dropped below the 15% voting rights threshold in Forsee Power. This declaration, submitted in accordance with Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code, was made through Bpifrance Investissement, manager of the SPI – Sociétés de Projets Industriels fund. Bpifrance now holds 9,047,929 shares, representing 12.61% of the capital and 11.15% of the voting rights of Forsee Power.

This threshold crossing is primarily the result of a loss of double voting rights, thus affecting Bpifrance's indirect control over Forsee Power. The announcement highlights the importance of the double voting rights, granted and lost recently, on the current shareholding structure. Bpifrance Investissement continues to play a central role in managing these assets on behalf of EPIC Bpifrance.
