FORTEC Elektronik AG Acquires Nottrot B.V.

FORTEC Elektronik AG has announced the acquisition of Nottrot B.V., a Dutch manufacturer specializing in monitors for maritime, military, and industrial applications. This strategic move aims to strengthen FORTEC's position in Central Europe and marks its entry into the maritime data visualization market. The acquisition also enhances the company's technological foundation and vertical value in key forward-looking applications.

The purchase was finalized today and is valued in the single-digit million euro range. It was financed through existing cash reserves. Nottrot B.V., established in 2000 and headquartered in Oosterhout, Netherlands, employs approximately eight people and recorded a turnover of EUR 3.2 million and an EBIT of EUR 0.8 million in the previous financial year.
