Forward Water Technologies Corp. Expands Private Placement

Forward Water Technologies Corp. (FWTC) has announced an increase in the size of its non-brokered private placement. Originally set at $750,000, the offering has now been expanded to $1,025,000 due to strong investor interest and approved by the TSX Venture Exchange. The closing date for the offering has been extended to November 4, 2025.

The placement consists of unsecured convertible debentures, with each unit priced at $1,000 and including 5,000 common share purchase warrants. Investors can convert these debentures into common shares at a varying price within the first 36 months, as managed by the company.

Insiders are expected to participate, subscribing to at least 25% of the offering. FWTC plans to use the proceeds for operational funding and general working capital.
