Fox E-mobility AG Announces Board Changes and Share Placement Completion

Fox e-mobility AG has announced a restructuring within its Management and Supervisory Boards. Patrick E. Bigger will transition from Chairman of the Supervisory Board to Chairman of the Management Board, subject to registration in the Commercial Register. Philippe Perret is set to join the Management Board by December 7, 2025, and continue until the Paris Motor Show in October 2026. To address the subsequent vacancy in the Supervisory Board, Dr.-Ing. Andreas Lemm has been nominated for court appointment.

The company completed a share placement from a rights offering on September 17, 2025. A total of 311,317 new shares were subscribed at €1.00 each, generating gross proceeds of €311,317. Following this, the share capital is planned to increase from €732,893.00 to €1,044,210.00, pending expected registration on November 28, 2025, with trading anticipated to begin on December 3, 2025.
