Fox E-mobility AG Transforms into Sustainable Investment Group

Fox E-mobility AG, originally an electric vehicle developer, is pivoting towards becoming an investment group focusing on sustainable energy and mobility solutions. A Liechtenstein-based financial investor has facilitated this transition by providing a loan facility of up to EUR 17.5 million at a 5% interest rate. This backing will help implement the MIA 2027 strategy, which emphasizes partnerships with potential production partners in Asia.

Additionally, fox e-mobility AG has secured EUR 15 million in agreements for European wind and photovoltaic sector investments, ensuring stable cash flow. The company plans to fulfill its loan obligations through the issuance of compulsory convertible bonds, increasing its share capital to up to EUR 18.5 million using Conditional Capital 2021/I.
