Fox e-mobility AG's Swiss Subsidiary Sees Insolvency Revocation

Fox e-mobility AG has announced that its Swiss subsidiary, Fox Automotive Switzerland AG, is no longer undergoing insolvency proceedings. The Swiss Cantonal Court of Trogen revoked the insolvency order on April 20, 2026, allowing the subsidiary to resume its vehicle development and distribution activities. This decision also enables the execution of the planned capital increase, raising the share capital from CHF 105,500 to CHF 1,000,000, through a debt-equity swap with creditors.

As a result, fox e-mobility AG will adjust the book value of its stake in the subsidiary from EUR 6.5 million to EUR 36.75 million for the 2026 financial year under the German Commercial Code. This write-up will be tax-free, reflecting the improved financial position following the cessation of insolvency proceedings.
