Française de l'Énergie strengthens its governance with the arrival of Sophie Elkrief

La Française de l'Énergie (FDE) announced the appointment of Sophie Elkrief to its Board of Directors as an independent director. This decision is part of FDE's commitment to improving its governance standards. Sophie Elkrief will also serve on the Accounts and Audit Committee and the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
