Franchise Equity Partners Acquires IMO Car Wash

Franchise Equity Partners (FEP), a private investment firm, has announced its first international acquisition by purchasing IMO Car Wash from Driven Brands. IMO Car Wash, recognized globally, operates 720 locations predominantly in the UK and Germany. Founded 60 years ago, it is the largest tunnel car wash business worldwide.

FEP aims to optimize IMO's performance and drive organic growth. Co-Managing Partner Scott Romanoff emphasized the opportunity to acquire a market-leading brand with a strong operational team. The acquisition marks FEP's expansion beyond the United States.

Adam Green, President of IMO Car Wash, expressed confidence in FEP's capability to strengthen IMO's market position. The acquisition is aligned with FEP's strategy of collaborating with industry leaders.
