Friedrich Vorwerk Reports Record Financial Results for 2025
Friedrich Vorwerk Group SE announced significant financial achievements in the 2025 fiscal year, reporting revenues of €704 million. This marks a substantial increase from the previous year's €498.4 million. The company's EBITDA margin also rose to 23.2%, exceeding forecasts of 20-22% and surpassing revenue predictions of €650-680 million.
The impressive performance was attributed to favorable weather, successful project completions, and contributions from joint ventures. The fourth quarter alone saw a revenue surge to €199.3 million, up 25% year-over-year, with an EBITDA improvement to €57.5 million.
The order backlog was reported at €1,021.4 million, with new projects valued at €538 million. Cash and net liquidity increased significantly, further strengthening the company’s capital base. Employee numbers rose to 2,243, supporting ongoing growth.
