Fuller, Smith & Turner Announces New Share Buyback Programme

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced a new share buyback program in collaboration with Numis Securities Limited. The Company aims to repurchase up to 1 million "A" Ordinary Shares, as part of its strategy to achieve sustainable growth and improve shareholder value. The buyback reflects the Board's belief that the company's current share price is significantly undervalued. The programme aligns with the company's capital allocation framework and is expected to enhance earnings per share.

The buyback will be conducted on the London Stock Exchange, adhering to shareholder authorizations and Listing Rules. Due to low liquidity in traded shares, buybacks may constitute a significant portion of daily trading volumes, potentially exceeding 25% of the average daily trading volume and thus not benefiting from certain regulatory exemptions.
