Fuller, Smith & Turner Announces Share Buyback

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has repurchased 50,000 of its 'A' ordinary shares at an average price of 649.2091 pence per share. The buyback, executed through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange, follows a programme initiated on 23 August 2024.

The shares will be held in Treasury. Post-purchase, the company’s share capital comprises 38,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,670,768 shares retained in Treasury.

This results in a total of 35,011,571 voting rights. Shareholders can use this figure to assess their voting interests under FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
