Fuller, Smith & Turner Executes Share Buyback

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has repurchased 8,000 "A" Ordinary Shares at a volume-weighted average price of 576.00 GBp per share. This buyback, executed through Numis Securities Limited, forms part of a share buyback program announced earlier in March 2025. Prices for individual shares ranged from a low of 574.00 GBp to a high of 578.00 GBp during the transactions on July 8, 2025.

The reacquired shares will be held in Treasury, affecting the company's overall voting rights. Post-transaction, Fuller’s total listed share capital stands at 36,822,789 with 3,903,087 shares in Treasury. The remaining 32,919,702 shares are available for voting, serving as the denominator for shareholder disclosures as per FCA rules.
