Fuller, Smith & Turner Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. has repurchased 20,000 "A" Ordinary Shares of 40p each as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. The acquisition occurred on 12th September 2025, with both the highest and lowest price per share at 570.40 pence, resulting in an average price of 570.4000 pence per share. Numis Securities Limited carried out this transaction on the London Stock Exchange.
The company intends to hold these shares in Treasury. Consequently, Fuller’s listed issued share capital now includes 36,391,365 "A" Ordinary Shares, of which 3,765,069 are held in Treasury. This leaves 32,626,296 listed voting rights available for shareholder calculations, complying with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
