Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has repurchased 15,000 of its "A" Ordinary Shares at an average price of 669.5 GBp. This transaction, executed on April 21, 2026, through Deutsche Bank AG, is part of a share buyback programme announced earlier this year. The shares will be held in Treasury.
Post-transaction, Fuller’s share capital comprises 36,446,686 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 5,088,233 held in Treasury. The total voting rights stand at 31,358,453. Shareholders can use this number for compliance with regulatory disclosure and transparency requirements.
