Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a share buyback, acquiring 12,183 of its “A” Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange. This action is part of the buyback programme initiated on 14 March 2025, facilitated through Numis Securities Limited.
The company purchased the shares at varied prices, ranging between 544 GBp and 550 GBp, with an average price of 548.8845 GBp per share. The repurchased shares are to be held in Treasury.
