Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Block Listing Six Monthly Update

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC released its block listing six monthly return on 1 September 2025. During the period from 1 March to 31 August 2025, the company reported activities across several share schemes.

The "Conversion of 'C' shares to 'A' shares" scheme began with an unallotted balance of 8,731. The block scheme increased by 1,000,000, and 168,576 shares were issued. The remaining balance at the end of the period was 840,155.

The "Savings Related Share Option Scheme” showed no change, maintaining a balance of 1,071,635 unallotted securities. Similarly, the "Executive Share Option Scheme" also retained its previous unallotted balance of 721,855, as no new shares were issued.
