Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Completes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the completion of a share buyback transaction. On January 22, 2025, the company repurchased 178,521 'A' ordinary shares at prices ranging from 571.00 GBp to 574.00 GBp, with an average price of 572.6805 GBp per share. This transaction was executed on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, Fuller’s has a total listed issued share capital of 37,982,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,406,083 held in Treasury. This results in 33,576,256 voting rights for shareholders, in accordance with FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
This marks the conclusion of the buyback programme initially announced on August 23, 2024.
