Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Completes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced the purchase of 5,450 of its "A" Ordinary Shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The shares, with a nominal value of 40 pence each, were acquired on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited.
The transaction, conducted on 17 July 2025, saw shares purchased at prices ranging between 554 pence and 556 pence, with an average price of 555.4679 pence per share. The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury.
Post-purchase, the company's issued share capital comprises 36,822,789 shares, with 3,948,537 held as Treasury shares, resulting in 32,874,252 voting rights. This figure is used by shareholders to assess notification requirements under FCA's Disclosure Rules.
