Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has initiated a share buyback programme, acquiring 10,000 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at a consistent price of 586.00 GBp per share. This transaction was executed on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited as part of a strategy announced on March 14, 2025.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Fuller’s issued share capital now comprises 36,822,789 ‘A’ ordinary shares, with 3,694,099 held in Treasury. Consequently, the listed voting rights stand at 33,128,690, providing a reference for shareholder transparency calculations under FCA rules.
