On 11 June 2026, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("the Company") announced that Sir James Fuller, a Non-Executive Director, acquired shares in the company. Sir James completed the purchase of 2,915 "B" Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.66 per share on 10 June 2026. This acquisition totals £1,923.90.
