Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Engages in Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has purchased 5,689 of its "A" Ordinary Shares at 650 pence each on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of the share buyback programme announced on January 21, 2026. The shares were acquired through Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, trading as Deutsche Numis.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. As a result, Fuller's issued share capital includes 36,446,686 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 4,944,066 held in Treasury. Consequently, the total number of listed voting rights stands at 31,502,620. Shareholders can use this figure to assess changes in their shareholding under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
This transaction aligns with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) no 596/2014, known as the Market Abuse Regulation.
