Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the repurchase of 20,000 'A' ordinary shares. This move is part of a buyback programme initiated on 23 August 2024. The shares were bought on 8 January 2025, through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange. The purchase prices ranged between 590.00 GBp and 599.00 GBp, averaging 594.50 GBp per share.
The acquired shares will be held in Treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital includes 38,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,177,562 held in Treasury. The total voting rights now stand at 34,504,777. Shareholders can use this figure for regulatory notifications concerning interest changes, as per FCA rules.
