Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a purchase of its own 'A' ordinary shares as part of its share buyback program announced on March 14, 2025. A total of 10,000 shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited. Each share was purchased at a consistent price of 546 pence.

The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, the company's total share capital comprises 37,322,789 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,704,105 shares retained in Treasury. This action leaves the total number of listed voting rights at 33,618,684.
