Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has conducted a share buyback as part of its programme initiated on August 23, 2024. On January 16, 2025, the company repurchased 100,000 'A' ordinary shares, each valued at 40p, from the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited. The purchase price fluctuated between 566.00 GBp and 575.00 GBp, with an average price of 568.95 GBp per share.

The repurchased shares will be retained in the company's treasury. Post-purchase, Fuller’s issued share capital consists of 37,982,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,827,562 held in treasury. Accordingly, the total voting rights number 34,154,777. Shareholders can utilize this figure to assess their notification obligations under the FCA's rules.
