Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the purchase of its 'A' ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme initiated on 14 March 2025. On 2 June 2025, the company acquired 5,286 shares at prices ranging from 624.00 GBp to 626.00 GBp, with an average price of 625.8994 GBp.
The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. Post-transaction, the company's listed issued share capital totals 36,822,789 shares, with 3,748,302 of those held in treasury. Consequently, the number of voting rights stands at 33,074,487. Shareholders use this figure for assessing shareholding interests under FCA rules.
