Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the repurchase of 12,000 'A' ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. This initiative, initiated on 14 March 2025, is managed through Numis Securities Limited. The transaction occurred on 13 June 2025, with share prices ranging from 586.00 GBp to 601.00 GBp, averaging at 593.5000 GBp. The acquired shares will be held in Treasury.
Post-purchase, Fuller’s listed issued share capital comprises 36,822,789 'A' ordinary shares, out of which 3,802,481 are held in Treasury. This leaves 33,020,308 shares with voting rights.
