Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
On April 17, 2025, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced the purchase of 15,000 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 551.00 GBp per share. This transaction occurred on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited, as part of the company's share buyback programme initiated in March 2025.
The repurchased shares will be retained in Treasury, influencing the total voting rights. Following this transaction, the company's issued share capital includes 36,822,789 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,516,968 held in Treasury. Consequently, the total number of listed voting rights is now 33,305,821.
