Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a buyback of 20,000 "A" Ordinary Shares, priced at 738.00 GBp each on the London Stock Exchange. The purchase was conducted via Deutsche Numis as part of a share buyback programme announced in August 2025.

The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury, leaving the company's total issued capital at 36,391,365 shares, of which 4,481,492 are treasury shares. This results in 31,909,873 listed voting rights for shareholders to utilize for disclosure compliance as per the FCA's regulations.

The buyback aligns with regulations under Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) no 596/2014, as localized in UK law, ensuring transparency in market operations.
