Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a share buyback as part of its share repurchase programme initiated on 14 March 2025. On 6 May 2025, the Company purchased 10,000 of its 'A' ordinary shares, each valued at 40 pence, through Numis Securities Limited.
All shares were acquired at a consistent price of 570 pence per share. The repurchased shares are intended to be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, the total listed share capital of Fuller’s stands at 36,822,789 'A' ordinary shares. Of these, 3,654,099 shares are retained in Treasury, leaving 33,168,690 shares available as voting rights. This figure assists shareholders in determining their reporting obligations under the FCA’s rules.
