Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
On November 27, 2024, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced the repurchase of 20,000 'A' ordinary shares, valued at 40 pence each, through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange. This buyback is part of a program initiated on August 23, 2024. The highest price paid per share was 680.00 GBp, with the lowest at 672.00 GBp, resulting in an average of 676.0000 GBp.
The company will retain these shares in treasury. Post-transaction, Fuller's capital stands at 39,282,339 'A' ordinary shares, of which 4,084,652 are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights is now 35,197,687, a denominator for shareholders as per FCA rules.
This action is in line with the Market Abuse Regulation, as incorporated into UK law.
