Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced a repurchase of its own shares as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. On January 6, 2025, the company acquired 20,000 ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 606.00 GBp per share. The highest price paid was 612.00 GBp, and the lowest was 600.00 GBp. These shares will be held in the company's treasury.
After this transaction, Fuller's issued share capital consists of 38,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,137,562 held in treasury. The effective number of voting rights stands at 34,544,777. Shareholders can use this figure for disclosure and reporting under FCA rules. The purchase was facilitated by Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange.
