Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has repurchased 20,000 of its "A" Ordinary Shares. The buyback is part of the Programme initiated on August 28, 2025. Conducted through Numis Securities Limited, shares were bought at prices between 566.00 GBp and 575.00 GBp, with an average of 571.3707 GBp.
The acquired shares will be held in Treasury. Fuller's listed issued share capital now consists of 36,391,365 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 3,785,069 held in Treasury. Consequently, shareholders should note that the total number of voting rights in the Company is 32,606,296. This is crucial for calculations under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
