Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced the purchase of 8,000 "A" Ordinary Shares as part of its share buyback program. The transaction was conducted on 14 July 2025 via Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange. Shares were bought at prices ranging from 566.00 GBp to 568.00 GBp, averaging 567.00 GBp per share. The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury.
