Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has repurchased 3,365 of its "A" Ordinary Shares on January 13, 2026. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange through Deutsche Bank AG's London branch, known as Deutsche Numis. The purchase is part of a buyback program announced on August 28, 2025.
The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 736.00 GBp to 738.00 GBp, with an average price of 737.7082 GBp per share. The acquired shares will be held in Treasury. Post-purchase, Fuller’s total listed share capital includes 36,391,365 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 4,491,670 held in Treasury. The listed voting rights total 31,899,695 shares.
The transaction was conducted under Regulation (EU) no 596/2014 and recorded by Numis Securities Limited.
