Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced a purchase of 20,000 “A” Ordinary Shares of 40p each. This transaction is part of the share buyback programme initially announced on 28 August 2025. The shares were acquired at prices between 582.00 GBp and 584.00 GBp, with an average price of 583.0000 GBp.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, the Company’s issued share capital comprises 36,391,365 "A" Ordinary Shares, of which 3,630,278 are held in Treasury. Consequently, the total number of listed voting rights in the Company for regulatory purposes is now 32,761,087.
Numis Securities Limited facilitated the purchase on the London Stock Exchange, aligning with regulatory standards under UK law.
