Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
On October 27, 2025, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced the purchase of 20,000 of its "A" Ordinary Shares, each valued at 40p. The purchase was conducted on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated on August 28, 2025.
All shares were acquired at a uniform price of 608 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury, adjusting the company's capital structure.
