Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Purchases Own Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced a share buyback transaction carried out on May 15, 2025. The company purchased 3,843 of its 'A' ordinary shares via Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange. The shares, valued at 40p each, were acquired at a consistent price of 616 GBp per share. This purchase is part of Fuller’s previously disclosed buyback programme initiated on March 14, 2025.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Resulting from this transaction, Fuller’s issued share capital includes 36,822,789 'A' ordinary shares, with 3,697,942 held in Treasury. Shareholders may reference 33,124,847 voting rights for determining disclosure obligations under the FCA’s regulations.
