Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Update
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the repurchase of 12,000 'A' ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of the company's ongoing share buyback programme initiated on March 14, 2025. Every share was bought at a consistent price of 591 pence.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury, increasing the total Treasury holding to 3,825,421 shares. After this transaction, Fuller’s listed issued share capital stands at 36,822,789 'A' ordinary shares, with a total of 32,997,368 shares carrying voting rights.
This buyback was executed by Numis Securities Limited. The consistent purchase price and volume were identical across transactions, conducted at distinct times during the trading day.
