Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Update

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a share buyback, acquiring 26,732 of its 'A' ordinary shares at an average price of 650.3741 GBp on 9 December 2024. The transaction, conducted through Numis Securities Limited, is part of the ongoing buyback programme initiated on 23 August 2024.

The repurchased shares are set to be held in Treasury, leading to a current listed issued share capital of 38,682,339 'A' ordinary shares. Of these, 3,620,768 shares are in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights stands at 35,061,571. Shareholders will utilize this number to determine the necessary notifications under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
