Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has proceeded with a purchase of 10,000 "A" Ordinary Shares, each valued at 40p, through Deutsche Numis on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of its share buyback programme launched on January 21, 2026.
The highest, lowest, and average prices per share were consistent, all at 690.00 GBp. The acquired shares are to be retained in Treasury by the company. Following this transaction, the total issued share capital stands at 36,446,686, with 4,579,893 shares held in Treasury. This leaves 31,866,793 shares available for voting rights purposes under FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The execution of these transactions aligns with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
