Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Update
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced the repurchase of 20,000 of its "A" Ordinary Shares at 40p each via the London Stock Exchange. The transaction was conducted through Numis Securities Limited as part of a previously announced share buyback programme from August 28, 2025.
The shares were bought at a consistent price of 588 GBp per share and will be held in Treasury. Post-transaction, the issued share capital is 36,391,365 shares, with 3,942,931 shares in Treasury. This adjustment leaves 32,448,434 voting rights available for shareholders.
The purchase aligns with UK regulations concerning market abuse, as detailed in Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) no 596/2014. This update follows all applicable disclosure and transparency rules set by the FCA.
