Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Update

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has executed a transaction involving the repurchase of its 'A' ordinary shares as part of a share buyback programme initiated on 23 August 2024. On 6 December 2024, the company acquired 10,937 shares, with prices ranging between 650.00 GBp and 652.00 GBp, and an average price of 651.9269 GBp.

Following this transaction, the company's issued share capital consists of 38,682,339 'A' shares, of which 3,594,036 are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights is 35,088,303. This figure assists shareholders in determining necessary notifications under FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The repurchased shares will remain in treasury, in compliance with regulatory expectations as detailed under Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
