Approval at the General Meeting of Fundamenta Real Estate SA
At the Annual General Meeting of Fundamenta Real Estate SA held in Zurich, shareholders approved an increase in the distribution to CHF 0.60 per share. The tax-exempt distribution represents a yield of 3.6%. This decision follows the approval of the 2024 annual accounts.
The proposals for re-election of the Board of Directors, including Chairman Andreas Spahni, were approved. The members of the Compensation Committee and the compensation report were also approved.
The meeting also renewed the mandates of the auditors and the independent representative. These decisions demonstrate strong support for the company's strategies. Payment to shareholders will be made on April 17, 2025.
