Fundamenta Real Estate SA launches a significant capital increase
On October 23, 2025, the Board of Directors of Fundamenta Real Estate SA announced a capital increase with an initial target of CHF 50 million, which could be increased to CHF 73 million in the event of strong demand. Seven shares held offer the opportunity to acquire one new share at a price of CHF 17. The company has already secured CHF 41.9 million in subscription commitments.
Subscriptions will run from October 27 to November 3, 2025. The funds raised will be used to finance ongoing projects and new acquisitions. Please note that no subscription rights trading is planned. The new shares will begin trading on November 6, 2025.
